Blackberry 9320 - Email set up problems.

Ok, my son and husband both have blackberry 9320 handsets, son has changed to iPhone and husband wants to use son's blackberry. Husband synced phone to Blackberry to laptop, switched devices etc. Put sim into blackberry, email addresses have copied over but it will not allow him to actually set up and access his accounts - in setup there is no Internet service option only enterprise. Can anyone tell me why this has happened and how we resolve it. Nothing else has changed, sim is the same, account has not changed - so why can't is enterprise the only option available. HELP!
