I have had Blackberrys for a while now and I love them as I cant get on with touch screens. Just upgraded to Classic and I love it. After while I noticed that there was no sound when ringing. Checked all settings they were okay. Went into shop and they spent an hour checking phone and things on internet, you tube etc as they dont carry phone in store they are not used to them. Anyway the ony way in the end was to restore to factory settings. Now here we are acouple of months later and it has happened again. Anyone else had this or know what to do as I dont want to keep doing this.
