I have been using Blackberries for work for years now and about 6 months ago decided to get a new Q10. What a mistake!!! It keeps freezing, loosing all my contact details and it is very difficult to connect to any computor. I have downloaded updates but I still get the same problems. Is there any way I can swap it for an Iphone without too much cost?

I had a few problems with one last year but eventually got around it by completely wiping and restoring from my desktop.

 

With regards to swapping, you'd be outside of your returns period (information below) unless you wanted to wait until your next upgrade or contribute to the cost of an iPhone and put the SIM in that.
