Blackberry q10 MM#6 problem (can't call out and SMS)

Hello everybody,

I'm a Chinese student living in Paris. Last friday, I bought a Vodafone version Blackberry Q10 from a second-hand forum in Paris. We met in a metro station and I carefully checked it was a unlocked phone before paying the money, also internet was quite well-functioned about it with my Free (a French carrier) sim card. But when I got back home, I found that I could not make telephone calls and sending SMS with this phone, even though it is full-signaled and the internet functions well. Whatever else, I found a notice in the right corner of the lock screen saying that "Device not allowed MM#6"

So I googled this error message and found that it was probably caused by and carrier recognized it as a stolen device, so the system lock this device. Since I found a Vodafone logo and a price tag with pound currency on the case of this Blackberry Q10, I come to this forum and call for your helps.

I really repent for my carelessness for not verify all the functions of this mobile during the transaction. And could anybody give me any advice about which company should I call for help - Vodafone (the original seller of this phone), Free (my current carrier in France), or Blackberry it self?

Thanks everybody in advance.

(sorry for my messy tabletop)
