Hi all
Just registered the SS and all appeared great though for the last hour both lights have been flashing. I have re-booted though no joy. Can anyone help? Is it trying to locate my phone?

Hi Jasondperry,
I've checked and the serial number 40110909112 hasn't connected since late 2011, but it is still an active Sure Signal.
Can you try de-registering again for me, only this time wait approximately an hour before re-registering?
I can also see that there are few checks Andy suggested which you haven't yet posted the details for. These can help us see if there's anything about the connection stopping the box working properly.

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Thanks for the update.
This could be linked to this issue that we’re currently investigating with BT directly, however can you give this a go on your neighbours connection to see if this works or not?
