Broadband App - says no internet connection but there is

I had to reset my router. Having set it up again I find my broadband app refuses to connect. I've deleted it and then downloaded it multiple times.

Every time I start it and run to the end of the untold screens it just says no internet connection. Restart your router. Well I have and I have connected my phone to the router and I can access the Internet on my phone.

But the app just says the same.

Btw. The my voda phone app never has worked. Multiple deletes and reinstalls and always the same screen turns up saying we're busy please call back later. But why bother as they are always busy.

Laughable quality of iOS apps.

It would be nice to think so.

The only problem is that when I try the link much like when I try the Chat Online feature in my wonderful Vodafone app it defaults to unfortunately none of our advisors etc etc etc.

In fact if I try morning noon night I get the same.

How nice though. I've got an online badge.

I have no functioning apps but a lovely badger.

Can I trade the badge for some functioning apps I wonder.

Bye I called the support line before to get the my voda phone app working. They said they would reset my online account and then it would work.

Guess what. Didn't work.

Still maybe I'll get a silver badge!!

Does anyone really care about these nonsensical badges?!

The badge scheme is an automatic process when you use the forum.
