I cannot register for the free gift even though I ordered in offer period and wifi has been on since 2nd Oct. Why?
I have called TLC (the marketing company Voafone us) and then called Vodafone 3 times. Get a different excuse each time eg wait 7 days, wait 10 days. 30days after connection? What is the process to get 'the email' and then register?
please help!

@craigr98 @Rand33 - Please see section 3 from the Terms and Conditions, for the process of claiming your free gift and when you can do this.
Providing you've purchased Vodafone Home Broadband directly from us between 10 August 2017 and 11 September 2017, then you’re eligible for the free tech gift.

Yes, I purchased in that period, so my question still stands, why cant I register for the free gift?
Your free gift system keeps saying 'details not recognised'. And then I get a random excuse everytime I call Vodafone.

You can't register until the 31st day after your service was connected.
My service became active on 6th Sept and I was able to register after 7th Oct
