Hi All
I was called 2-3 days ago by level 2 team about the broadband issue.
I was told it was REIN (Repetitive Electrical Impulse Noise) and the isolate the router as best i could which was already done by myself before i was called by level 2 team....
REIN effects SNR ( Signal To Noise Ratio)SNR dropped to 2.1 from 6.1 so i drove from my home to cab as i am 100% sure i know the journay of cable from end user to drop pole to cab as Rein Would not effect cab to Exchange as Fiber Cables are used. No REIN noise could be heard i would request leval 2 could call me back at some point becuase level one have no idea what im talking about and im not blaming them
