Hi, i have been having problems for the past month with VF BB, at first the internet would drop (wired and wireless) only a few times a day which is kind of normal, but for the past 3 - weeks its been dropping every 30 - 40 seconds and waiting for another minute for it to come back up.
We are meant to be getting downloads of "up to" 76Mbps but we arent even getting half of that.
and it gets even worse when anything is being downloaded.
I have noticed there are a lot of errors as well.
I have read the forum and split the SSID and deactivated each of the wifi bands with no avail, also asked for VF to run a test on the PHONE LINE (when its meant to be fibre) with no results.
Could anyone who this has happened to or VF to actually give a definitive answer.
Thank you.

@Willpowers97 Hey, we're really sorry to hear you're getting these drop outs and understand how frustrating it can be.
Have you contacted our Broadband Live Chat team to run diagnostics on your sync and throughput speeds? Also they'll run through some home checks with you, to make sure that this isn't a hard ware issues e.g. Ethernet cable or micro filter.
Let us know how you get on and pop back to us with any updates 🙂

Hi TJ,
Yes we have been on the phone and done all the checks asked and even had a engineer out to see if it was a broabdand line problem, which it wasnt, there are no faults with the lines, the master socket or micro filters.
The main issue is when using the VF Router it seems to reboot itself countless times, even sometimes 3-5 times within a minute. So it seems to be a fault within the router itself either hardware or software.

@Willpowers97 Thanks for the reply. I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch, so we can pass this to our Broadband team.
When I pass along your email, I'll make sure to include that I recommend a new router for you to try 😊
They'll be in touch as soon as they've picked it up, so please keep us updated and let us know how you get on.
