Having terrible time with my connection

ment to get 76mbps and lucky if I get 10mbps if it connects at

all. 

Just swapped from BT who provided me with dowload speeds average around 82mbps on the same line 

many one else having problems?

Hi Sammy, 

 

When your connection drops, is it over wireless, or an Ethernet connection, or both? 10Mbs sounds painful - what speed is your router syncing at? (You can see it in the app, or in the router settings). Just trying to pinpoint whether there's a physical fault on your line, or whether changing your wireless settings is likely to help :Laughing_Face:

Syncs at72mdps and it’s connected via cable to my Mac

Ah, that's disappointing. In your Event Logs, are you just seeing LAN disconnects, or full on PAD-Ts? If it's PADs, then Vodafone should be able to see the drops their side too when they check your line - did you manage to get through earlier? :Smiling:
