As the title states, I am Business customer.
scheduled installation for today, mj quinn turned up, threw a cable in.
said he needs a cherry picker to complete the install, said he would be back by end of the day.
I waited at our leicester hub for the engineer to turn back up and nothing, not even a phone call.
I have been trying to contact vodafone for the past 3 hours regarding this matter.
I would of thought vodafone would treat business customers a bit better and prioritise their calls over consumer, after all us business users pay a bit more for the support.
As a new customer, vodafone dont give me a good impression.
Either you can schedule a weekend appointment or i will bill you for man hours and a wasted day.

I'm afraid to say, Vodafone aren't responsible for the engineers. As with every ISP (on this type of network), installations are handled by BT Openreach and the ISPs have very little control on this part of the process. It also doesn't help that BTO outsource this to other companies who, if reading on other forums is accurate, not necessarily always equiped to to the full installation in one go.
All Vodafone are able to do is raise new requests, complain, escalate, but whether that makes the process faster will be down to BTO.
