after a few weeks of slow loading sites, latency problems with online gaming, i finally found out the problem with my once stable vodaone broadband, and yes vodafone you are to blame, you have over subscribed to the exchange, you have put in a request to open reach, here is the best past no timescale resolution on the outcome, so now i have to either suffer broadband speeds of 0.2mbps to 3.0mbps and pay you the rate you charging me for i.e £28 a month, oh hey you can frakking coco.... you just lost me as a customer, this is your fault not mine, you knew the problem byt yet still advertise what you will get full well knowing that is utter ##~##, i am now going to sky fibre for £22 a month, and that is entirely your fault, i am thoroughly annoyed at you vodafone, i have my phone, my tablet, but you screwed up the broadband big time, soon as i can i move all my services

Vodafone do have to provide a minimum speed so if yours has dropped to the figures you state im not surprised your moving ISP.
