so my account was activated on 22nd december, I am still unable to use my vodafone app, still unable to manage content control, and promises (yes I have screen shots) sttill un forfilled.
I've been given three different reason why my router isn't registered to the line, 2 promises of it will work in 24 hours and one promise of it will work in 48 hours. I would advise anyone with children not to use vodafone as the content control can not be set. The app keeps saying i'm using a vpn ( which i havent got) and 24/7 support tells me a different thing everytime i speak to them.
Thank god there's a cooling off period. Rant over
