Been having issues for the last couple of days with the wi-fi from my broadband. It won't connect to devices that it previously recognised and now I have noticed that the wi-fi light is pulsing green constantly. The internet light is green and solid (I am connected via the laptop and an ethernet cable so I know the internet is fine).
Any ideas on how to fix this would be helpful. Tried the live chat option and they suggested holding the WPS button for five seconds then releasing ( it just turned the wi-fi off and took a lot of clicks for me to get it back on). I've tried doing a soft (via the IP settings) and a hard (restore the factory settings on the router) reset and neither of these have helped.

That's strange @Tauri888; apologies for any inconvenience this might be causing, I know how important it is to have a good Wi-Fi signal.
As you've tried a soft and hard reset, along with switching the Wi-Fi off and on again you've been through most of the physical troubleshooting steps. Can you confirm if you've moved the router recently? Or had any changes made to your account before this issue arose?
So we can investigate further our Broadband team will need to access your account, I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch so they can do this.
