Broken seal

Hi.  Today I received my S6, however the do not accept if seal broken, was broken!  Anyone else had this?

Hi, I have read of it sometimes, you have 14 days from receipt of the phone as a cooling off period so if you are not happy you can return it.

Thanks.  Apparently it's a random check thing.  The chap said they check 1 every 500.....

Take it back and ask for number 501.

Seriuosly though, no members of staff should break any sealed box unless it's done in front of the customer, if the seal has been broken, in effect, the phone is then second hand.

Only kidding!

You said that 1 in 500 phones was opened for inspection. Froggerty was making a joke by suggesting that you request 501st phone ie one that hasn't been opened for inspection.
