Is there any chance of a callback regarding my upgrade, I've sent of two requests and not had any reply from numerous pm's sent to Ellis, James and Sukhi regarding a callback.

Poor customer service is a understatement to say the least, I do appreciate it's a busy time but my original request was 8 days ago 😡

When you decide to join a conversation and make a statement try reading previous posts and you would then see that I have provided Matt with all the background context and clearly repeated this in a shorter explanation. You would also see that I have corresponded with customer service many times without any success. The effort is all one way, customer to vodafone without approriate cooperation from vodafone!
