CO4 - Very weak 4G / Very Weak 3G. gprs also dropped off.

Signal very weak at CO4 5TN. (Boxted)

Occassionally one bar of 3G / One bar of 4G. 

Normally have to suffice with gprs but that seems to have got weaker in recent weeks and months - often only one bar on all phones.

Cannot use a Sure Signal as broadband line is only 1 meg...

@Jamesh27 I can see you're in a low coverage area - as indicated on our network status checker. 

I'd advise changing your device settings down to 2G when in this area to achieve the best possible connection.

You may also wish to check if you're eligible for Wi-Fi Calling as another alternative.
