Hi - in the mornings when people call me, my bb passport rings. However in the afternoons, all calls just go straight to VM. Yet my phone is in exactly same position as it was in the morning and still shows 3/4 bars of coverage
I called Vodafone today and they told me to dial 1213, 1210 then 1211 to deactivate/reactivate my VM, but that made no difference
I have rebooted my phone
I have switched off all call forwarding on my bb menu
But it keeps on doing the same thing
I did port my number over from Three and I am suspecting that the issue lies with atht process
I would be grateful if Vodafone could respond please

Hi @Property17,
Do you have an app that has a 'Do Not Disturb' function for your calls? As it's the same time of day it could be a feature in your call or calendar settings.
Failing that, our Network Troubleshooting thread can help rule out a local congestion issue.
