Camera pixels

Hi

When taking a picture I have several 'dead' black spots appear on the screen. These also show up on the photo. On everything else they are not there, homescreen, internet etc etc so it must be the camera. Have tried cleaning the lens, several times, but this has not helped. Is there anything I can do without sending it away for repair?

Hi there

From what you describe, it sounds like an issue with the camera sensor.  This isn't something that you fix at home.  You're going to have to send your phone off for repair.  I'd recommend trying your nearest Samsung Repair Centre as, from personal experience, they are pretty good at sorting issues out relatively quickly.
