Hi

I am in need of topping up my USB Dongle, as I am going traveling for a week on Friday. However I can't seem to register online to top up? I recieve the security code, and can enter my personal details, but then it fails.. How else can i top up my USB dongle? Where can i buy vouchers?

Thanks

You can buy the top up vouchers anywhere you can see the payzone sign, just ask for a £15 vodafone top-up just like you would If you were buying one for your phone, the only difference Is that for the PAYG Dongle like you have you always have to top-up with £15 vouchers otherwise the top-up wont work.So If you wanted to put £30 on make sure you buy 2 £15 top-ups.

Hi wayfarer,

Welcome to our happy online home, make yourself comfy!

It's great to hear you're taking out one of our pay as you use modems - be sure to check our roaming charges before you go abroad to make sure you have enough credit!

Having spoken to Darren in our Pay as You Talk team, I can confirm what richie1913 said about the £15 top-ups. At £15 per GB you would need 2x £15 for £30 as opposed to buying it in a lump sum. If you ever try to top up with your swipe card in a shop or with a debit card over the phone and online you will only get the £15 option.

If you find you're using more than 1GB a month I would urge you to save money with one of the post pay deals we currently run. We do a fantastically fast modem on contract from as little as 12 months which will give you 3GB for £15, saving you £30 against the Pay as You Use cost, BARGAIN!

There are also longer contracts available if you want to pay less for the devices, it all depends on how you plan to surf (browse) online B-)

If you need to manage your credit online, check your usage or see what sort of great services Vodafone can offer to save you any more money then don't forget to sign up for My Account to do it all without having to call into Customer Services :)

Let us know if there's anything else we can do!

Cheers, Ben
