Can I Use Vodafone K3565 Outside Uk?

I have bought the Vodafone K3565 from UK and I left to Libya for business and the local network is supporting the broadband services.
My question is can I use it in Libya by using the local network sim card??

Hi Sadloo,

Roaming is disabled on our Top-up-and-Go Modems, so it's not possible to use a Vodafone UK card - however, to use a card from another network, you'll need to ensure that you have configured Vodafone Mobile Connect with the new APN details (from the Settings menu). You'll need to obtain these settings from the Libyan network you wish to use, and then input them into the software in order for a connection to be successful.
