Hi
What do you mean by sim swap.
Moving a mobile phone number and tariff from one sim card to another isn't cross network possible.
It's for a Vodafone sim card to a Vodafone sim card.

Hi @Espere
Although Talk Mobile is owned and is part of Vodafone, in order to benefit from Vodafone Wallet, you will need to be on a service agreement direct with Vodafone.
Please see the extract from Wallet Terms and Conditions below.
We provide you with the Vodafone Wallet under the terms of your existing service agreement with Vodafone.

Hi @Espere
In order to be able to use Wallet, you need to be on a pay monthly airtime contract.
The service is not available to PAYG customers.

That's disappointing.
Why would it be restricted to Pay Monthly Contracts ?
I assumed a person needed an eligible phone with nfc and a nfc type sim card.
Is this somewhere in the T&C"s or information about the service.
Im unable to find the payg exclusion @AnnS

I also couldn't find anything about PAYG restrictions, but with the service being restricted to the over 18s and with the T & C mentioning existing service agreement, I presumed that meant pay monthly.
I maybe wrong, if I am I stand corrected for future replies.
