I have a Samsung S6 and have been trying to get Wallet install since I joined Vodafone (June2015).  It was originally due to the way that profile was set,  then it was the sim so a new sim was sent out (The wrong one).  I give up for a couple of months thinking that it would never work,  then on Monday I finally got round swapping it,  finally Tuesday it was activated but some how 191 managed to activate the sim but actually activated it on my wifes number.  So I went to get another sim,  it's activated but now it comes back with Unable to set up Wallet.  Sorry, something went wrong and Wallet can't be set up. Please try again later. Error C1012. AAARRRGGGGHHHHHH.

 

Can anyone please help?

Error coe 1008 with Vodafone Wallet, after re-installing.

Have tried uninstalling, then reinstalling AGAIN but still the same code 1008, along with 'We cannot open Wallet, conatct Vodafone Customer Support' (which, quite frankly is useless, as no-one seems to know anything about it!!!!

 

GREAT 'customer service'- Pathetic!

Current/Previous Devices:-Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge (Gold), Samsung Galaxy s5, HTC OneX (W), HTC Desire HD. HTC Desire, N97Mini(died), N97(x3) which finally died, NokiaN82, Nokia 6300, Nokia 6230i, Nokia 6230, Nokia N80, Nokia 6310, Nokia 3650, Nokia+Other Nokias (+ 2 TinCans and a piece of string, but that was AGES ago!!) 🙂
