Can You Add Mobile Broadband To An Existing Pay Monthly Phone?

Hi,

In a nutshell I have mobile internet (500MB allowance) on my contract and this is great for checking email and the odd internet page etc...

I want to be able to use my phone as a bluetooth modem with my laptop. The technology works, it connects and everything works fine, however I need a larger data allowance to be able to do anything useful with it.

So my question, can a larger data allowance be purchased for use with my existing phone (say, 3GB to 7GB)? I don't want to buy a separate 3G dongle as my phone does everything I need and it saves buying / carrying about and possibly losing something else.

At the moment, Vodafone don't offer anything larger than 500 MB on the phone. You could use a BB SIM (3Gb or 5Gb) but this would still require another SIM. I'm not sure if these can be purchased seperately either.

The information which Mike111 has given at the moment Vodafone dont offer a data pack with more then 500mb of allowance.

In case you do change your mind about getting a seperate USB Modem then Vodafone do offer both pay monthly and PAYG options available so why not have a look at our Online Store for more information.
