On my latest bill, the calls are itemised individually. The texts however only show the total sent to each mobile number daily. Is it possible to get a break down for each text (time and date) . There are a large number on my bill which can't be correct .

I cannot see any itemised usage on the My Vodafone App?
I am currently using the Blackberry App.
But I am sure itemised usage is not on the Android version too.
And the op is looking at the PDF version of the Bill. In the new billing the Calls/Texts/Data have their own section. Call are itemised while Text, daily summarry by the number text sent to and Data daily total.
And what Op is asking is where can he get itemised listing of Texts?
As I mentioned this change in Aug2015 and that was on the old Billing.
New billing (Dec2015) has always been summarised.
Will need someone who was on new billing to check if it did change or it was laways summarised.

It may be a fault in the system but if you only send one text (<160 characters) there is a time for it to the left of the date on the pdf version of the bill. If you exceed 160 characters you get charged for two or three texts and there is no time given for them. So if you see the number with multiple texts but no time, you sent a long text to the number shown. I don't know what happens to multiple texts greater than 160 characters to one number in a day - ie do 2 180 character texts get shown as two lots of two texts or one lot of four texts - but someone else may be able to look that up.
In current charges there is no time information for any texts but if you wait for the bill they seem to appear.
It is relatively easy to cross reference the phone record against the bill for me but I don't send hundreds of texts every month.

I have downloaded the My Vodafone app onto my daughter's I phone. my texts are shown individually but still no date or time is shown. It only shows the dates in between which they were sent............

Hi @Witneyjack, when looking at your account online, please can you let us know if you’re viewing the breakdown of your usage underneath ‘Usage since last bill’? I’ve tested this and can see that the dates and times do show for each text.

I have checked both my latest bill and current useage. I need information from my last bill AND current use age.

This is where you need to look for Unbilled itemised usage.
The Bill does not have the breakdown.
