Can a Mod help please?

On my latest bill, the calls are itemised individually. The texts however only show the total sent to each mobile number daily. Is it possible to get a break down for each text (time and date) . There are a large number on my bill which can't be correct .

I'm Not a moderator but may I ask if you've spoken to customer service about anything showing in your account that does not look right.

Your login credentials here are different from your myvodafone account.

@Witneyjack Can you please confirm if you're viewing your bill online? 

 

If you're viewing your bill online, you'll be able to get a full breakdown via your My Vodafone account, which should show each individual text. 

 

However if you're referring to the paper copy bill, then this will have a summary of your usage as opposed to the full itemisation.

Not that it will help you, but this has been the case since August 2015.

 

This was changed in the old Billing system while Text and Data were shown together.

 

In the New Billing system, Texts are shown separately but summary of the day.

@Witneyjack I've just tested this on My Vodafone app and it's showing me dates and times of texts that I've sent. Please try using the app :Smiling:
