Hi,
I am trying to setup a multiple Sure Signal (SS) verison 3 device solution which appears to encounter issues after 1 unit is plugged in. Which I believe points to a SS frequency issue. I am yet to find evidence that multiple SS devices cannot be installed in a single office (1 floor, open plan), however if this is not possible due to a device frequency, am I able to change the device frequency?
Thanks in advance

Hi Natasha, thanks for your response. We have tried placing a unit in diagonal corners of the office which exceeds the 30m distance, yet this doesnt appear to make any difference.
It would be really useful to know under what circumstances multiple Sure Signals (v3) can co-exist.
Thanks

@vdmvdm -As well as the physical proximity, having two Sure Signal’s using the same internet connection can also prevent one from working.
This is because any updates sent by us to your router, will often only be forwarded onto one of the devices.
The same can happen the other way round too – so when they’re both trying to connect, only one will make it to our servers.
I’m afraid we can’t guarantee that the second Sure Signal will work, whilst in the same area as the first.

Unless you have more than one Static Public IP and a router capable of directing forwarding correctly for each inbound external port as though they were two independent SureSignal devices on two network IP ranges, it is guaranteed to fail.
It is important to report all failed SureSignal V3 using the links below to:
