Hi
I recently changed phones and followed the help guide when my new phone wasnt recognised.
This caused me to change the ownership of my Suresignal to a new account so that it would see my phone again.
I have now swapped my sure signal back to my primary account and the only phone that works with it is the owner number.
Can someone please force the additional phone numbers I have added onto my suresignal?
The serial number is 42150227793
It used to work until I got my new phone!

Oh and yes I have reset it
Yes I have deregistered and reregistered.
Yes I have waited for days inbetween.
Yes it does work with 1 phone and not the others.

I have heard that if a persons changes phones which then needs a sim swap because the new phone needs a different sized sim card then the number needs de registering for 24 hours.
If that's not the case then the Sure signal team available through calling 191 should be able to help.

Thats the issue i had rigionally which was solved by moving the sure signal to a new account/number
Now its back and working with the new sim ok but not the other users

May I ask if you have tried Live Chat or telephone support on 191 ?
They'll have the account access to look at the situation for you.

Full resync initiated from Vodafone
Apparently this can ONLY be done by vodafone and NO AMOUNT of restarting etc will make this happen.
So Folks. If your added users are not working then phone up and get a resync.
