So I had issues accessing Voda site, it takes username & password & sends verification code but when entered this pops up
"
java.lang.NullPointerException
ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #151 "
What gives & who do you contact to resolve as I am unable to view bills etc?

Please clear your cache and cookies, leave it a few minutes to settle down and try again.
If you continue to have issues, please use live chat for account access.

The generic troubleshooting tip is to clear cookies and caches.
And or try an alternative browser.
If no joy then speak with Live Chat or customer service on 191.
If that fails then come back here and I'm sure one of the Tech Team will be able to help.

Thanks for the replies guys, it's not an issue to do with cache or cookies, has been happening for several months.
I ported my number out of Voda a couple of months ago & loathe the idea of having to waste anymore dealing with them, what part of customer services is the best to speak to?

Personally I'd wait until tomorrow and use 191 to speak to them between 9am -6pm.
If you ported out from vodafone to another network then your myvodafone will be shut down.

to save time I was asking would it billing tech or whoever?
I'd ported previously & still had access, tbh it's nowhere in the t&c's that online access is shut when ending as a customer on a main line, I wonder how one is meant to view their final bills as d/d still running.

Hi,
Vodafone send the final bill by post.
When-will-I-receive-my-final-bill.
Customer services would either answer the query or pass the person through to the relevant department.

In the same boat as the OP.
I know I will get my final bill via the post but does anyone know how I get access to my old bills?
Would a route via the DPA 1998 work under subject access?
I wish they would explain that access would cease the moment the number stopped work.

Vodafone have a Subject to Access service costing £10.
Link > Subject to Access Request.
However,
"Information available from Vodafone, without needing to make a SAR:
Copies of Bills You do not need to make a SAR in order to get a copy of your bill."
Ringing Customer service on 191 or Live Chat should be enough to obtain what you need.

When using the Vodafone Landline number key in your Vodafone mobile number after prompted OR if issues exist where the IVR System will not recognise the mobile number then you can opt to ignore the initial prompts to type in the mobile number, and then on approx the 4th request it should then change to ask to input 1 for Payg or 2 for Contract Customers.
