I have a Sure Signal v3 which is working fine with my registered mobile. However I am unable to add any further numbers - I get the error message “We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2004 - [2o1]”. I have used the online support 4 times in the past week and been advised each time that the problem was resolved. After a wait of several hours and rebooting the device each time I am unable to connect. I have tried to call the help line but cannot get past the automated menu. Can anyone give me any advice regarding how to resolve the issue or at least how to get to speak to someone at Vodafone who can help.

I’ve seen a few recent threads reporting similar issues.
I’m starting to think this maybe a system type issue !
Try ringing 191 and choose thinking of leaving and when you get through to an agent ask for help in them trying to manually add the number for you.
That or await for a member of the Vodafone Social Media Team here to catch up to your thread and engage with you.

@Berninow Were you able to speak with our advisers on 191 as @BandOfBrothers suggested? If so, were they able to help get everything resolved?
