All the time just same "we are expieriencing some technical issues" is it just me? This is really strange first time in 3 years thing like this happened to me in fact first time in my life.

Is this for a mobile phone or mobile broadband ?
I ask as you've posted in the mobile broadband section but mention that you can't call or text ?
So if about mobile broadband such as a dongle > May I ask if you've tried some troubleshooting such as,....
1, Remove the sim , wipe it with a soft cloth and reinsert and boot the dongle back up (if yours has a Sim).
2, Reset the dongle.
3, Tried the dongle in another device.
4, Contacted Customer Services possibly via Live Chat to have your Account checked. > Contact-us.
5, Checked that a firewall or security suite hasn't updated and maybe hindering the dongle.
Sometimes glitches like these self resolve over a very short period of time.
