Can't connect to 56677

I'm abroad in the Netherlands and my phone has been cut off. I would like to pay my bill but cannot register for myvodaphone (it constantly claims my phone number is invalid), and I also can't reach the 56677 number for the reason stated above. Going into a shop is also not an option as I have moved abroad perminantly. I would simply like to pay my bill and unlock my new Dutch  vodaphone simcard.

Hi @kk384

 

If your phone has been supplied by Vodafone U.K. Then your Dutch Vodafone SIM card will not work in it as it'll be locked to Vodafone Uk. 

If you are a Vodafone U.K. Customer then try Live Chat.

I tried phoning the free 56677 number but as my phone's cut off, it won't make the connection. I don't have an online account and every time I try to register with my number for some reason it says it's invalid. I have also moved abroad so going into a shop is not an option. I would imply like to pay my bill and then unlock my new Dutch vodaphone simcard on this phone...
