Hi,

 

I also can't log in to my account to manage my sure signal. I've had it a couple of years and last year my orginal account got wiped and i got set up with a new one when i got a new phone, no idea why this happened, but the account that got wiped is the one that my sure signal is registered too. I have tried re-registering it but obviously it says it's already registered .. How can i get round this problem as I have other numbers I need to add to it.
