I’ve recently received a text to say my number has been successfully transferred from EE to Vodafone but I m not receiving calls or texts

Hi @Stephen58
In the phones settings try manually choosing another network and then re choose Vodafone.
If that does not help then the porting in files may still be settling.
If this does not remedy itself soon then call 191 and tell them you suspect a Split Port.
They'll escalate this to Vodafones Porting In Teams to deal with.
