Hi, I have problem unlocking one of my phones. I succesfuly received NUC number for one phone, but for the other one Each time I try the online form a day later I have recieved this:

What does this mean? We can only unlock phones for customers who have made clear payments in the last three months.

What do you need to do? Please make sure your last three bills are paid, or if you are a new customer your first three bills, then You can view your bills and make payments by logging into and registering onto...

Im up to date, and have no idea why it keeps rejecting. Everytime I talk to Vodafone they refer me to form. Bear in mind they are the same phones Samsung galaxy edge and I requested NUC at the same time for both phones.

That is weird @Mateja if you've made the x3 payments on time which us applicable to pay monthly accounts. 

You can ask Customer Services on 191 to escalate this to the Nuc Department and it ask for the direct email address so that you can email them directly.
