ive rebooted the phone and called customer service but no help. Sadly for work I need to be contactable at all times so this is a massive issue

Hi. It can take 24 hours for the full port to go through and it happens in stages, turning the phone off for 20 minutes sometimes helps.

Hi @Warwick17171

Is this calls and texts inbound from everyone, or ones from certain networks or certain contacts  ?

If your still experiencing issues after the official porting in date then speak with customer service on 191 or Live Chat and they can refer your case to the Porting Teams to check if a Split Port has occurred which is where not all the porting files have successfully completed.

Hi BandOfBrothers
I can't receive calls or texts from any numbers at all

I called 191 yesterday but will do it again this morning after 8am when the Port team are open. Poor service having a port support team that shuts at 6pm!!

I've just spend ages on the phone to Vodafone and predictably they have blamed O2 for not sending all the files through correctly and it will take up to 48 hours to sort. They just don't seem to get any sense of urgency
I wish that I'd never switched to Vodafone- will certainly not be recommending Vodafone to anybody

@Warwick17171 If the issue hasn't been resolved after the timescale you've been given, please get in touch with our team using the details from the private message I've sent.
