Can't receive sms and calls

I have Lumia 950 XL. I'm in Russia now. Vodafone PAYG. I can't receive sms and calls from any mobile phones. Can't to register in WhatsApp, Telegram, Vkontakte, Facebook. But I can to receive sms from Vodafone. Also I can to make a calls abroad and send sms messages to any mobile phones.

Did you ensure any roaming bar was turned off in your Vodafone Uk Account. Appreciate some Services work but it's worth checking. 

Check in in myvodafone and or Use Live Chat to see. 

Try manually changing Networks in your phone and check your phones settings to ensure any related to roaming are toggled On. 

The Network your latched to maybe having its own problems with masts.

Can you try your SIM card in another phone just incase it's your phone at issue. 

Try another SIM card in your own phone , a local one just in case it's your sim at issue. This will only work if your phone is Unlocked to All Networks. At least then you could continue to use the local SIM card.

Please note the costs as they are quite high. 

To add Vodafone U.K. Cannot guarantee everything will work while abroad as understandably they have no direct access or control over another countries network.

I talked to a specialist in live chat. The problem was not solved. Also used a sim in another phone. The problem is not solved.

If using your sim card in another phone didn't help and Vodafone Customer services have advised your account looks to be set up Ok then this could point to your sim card at issue. 

As I mentioned Vodafone Uk cannot guarantee things will work while abroad.

I have got another brand simcard, it works all type but vodafone not.

They couldnt solve my problem. I talked with them  maybe 12 time maybe 15 time.
