nuc code problem

been waiting 5 weeks for my phone to be unlocked and have had 3 nuc codes and none of them have worked. i am going demented trying to speak to someone who can help

It should only take the required 30 days of usage and then the Nuc code can be supplied. 

Sometimes there can be more than one code to unlock. 

Please do perservere with Customer Services.
