Hi, I have a BlackBerry Curve 9320 and I've been having problems sending texts lately. On 6th January I got a message saying "Network out of order" but two days later it was working fine and I was able to text again. But then last Tuesday (13th Jan) I got the message "Unidentified subscriber" and I can't text again. I tried deleting one of my contacts and re-entering it in my address book but now I get "Short message transfer rejected" for that contact (but not the others). I can receive texts ok. Does anyone know what the problem is?
Thank you.

Does anyone know what's wrong? I looked at posts from people who've had similar problems and tried a couple of things but they didn't work.

Hi @Marietta15
You say you’ve removed the contact from your address book and re-added it.
Can you try deleting the contact and then manually typing the number in to send a text? This has worked in the past.
You should then be able to re-add it after this.
Thanks,
Simon

Hi Simon, thanks for your reply. I think I tried that and it didn't work but I'll just go and try it again and see what happens.

It still doesn't send manually either but I'm back to the message "Unidentified subscriber" instead of "Short message transfer rejected". I re-added the contact and still get the "subscriber" message.
Do you have any idea what's causing it?

I topped up and the texts seem to be working ok now. I don't think the problem was to do with credit in the first place because it's never affected it in the past and also I had free texts when I started getting the "Network out of order" message but it seems to have helped now. Just thought I would post an update.
