Hi Vodafone,
Tried to Top Up my credit for my Pay as you Go account yesterday. First I topped up my GF's phone with my bank card, no problems there. Then I tried it for my phone, kept getting the message that vodafone was unable to take the 10 pound credit off my card. Tried several times yesterday before access got denied. Tried again this morning, twice, no result. Tried calling 2345, didn't work. Message that my card wasn't accepted. There is nothing wrong with the card or funds on my account. My credit runs out today, leaving me with no phone. I reckon I will have to buy some store voucher now. Any problems with you Top Up services?

Hi @stevenkraan
You need to contact your bank. Your card is being declined to prevent fraud by your bank and there won't be anything Vodafone will be able to do to override the banks decision.
Try topping up using an alternative card or method.
