Can you manage Sure Signal with an iPad / Safari?

I am have got rid of my Non-Apple devices, ok I lost my job. Now only have IPhones (5 and 6) and iPad.

Having problems in accessing several of Vodafone web services but the most frustrating is Sure Signal management (set up and phone admin)

The option to Manage my Sure Signal is not available under My Vodafone. Has anyone found a work around?

If not perhaps speak to Customer service on 191 or use Live Chat.

Hi clearypa,

As you have the new updated version of 'My Account'

this is the way to access the Sure Signal management ...

 

On the home screen of 'My Account'

  • Select 'Manage' next to the main number.
  • Under account services select 'Manage services'
  • Select 'Sure Signal'
