Good afternoon,
I had a power cut recently and it appears that my Sure Signal box has lost its connection as a result. Only the red power light is showing on the box, while my internet connection is working as normal.
I have attempted a reconnection as follows:
1 Press reset button and keep pressed - after 30 secs red light goes out then returns and two white lights flash very briefly.
2 Power down the SS box for 10 seconds and power up again - red light comes on after a few seconds followed very briefly by the two white lights.
3 Release reset button.
3 Red light stays on but white lights do not reappear.
I have tried the above several times with the same unsuccessful result.
I have also deregistered and re-registered the Sure Signal but this didn't work either.
Reading other posts from people with the same issue, it looks like a resync at your end my solve the issue.
Could you please do that for me?
Sure Signal serial number: 40120504960
Many thanks

I've popped a resync through for you @vince2k7
Please reset your device once more by holding the power button down until all the lights flash. It will then take no longer than 6 hours to resync.

Hi Ben_H,
I reset the device 3 times since your resync but the Sure Signal still fails to connect.
Like before, it tries to but, after maybe 30 minutes, I'm only left with the red light flashing and none of the 2 white lights.
Any other idea please?
thanks

I can see the Sure Signal with serial number ending in 4960, is currently de-registered from our network.
You can re-register it using our Sure Signal registration tool.
