I've been trying over the last 24 hours to get online to deregister my Sure Signal and pass over to someone else but the website login area etc keeps crashing. I need someone from Vodafone to assist here please.

I'm not aware of there being any issues with My Vodafone. Can you clear your cache and cookies and trying logging in?
