You can't cap a monthly contract.
The best thing for you to do is to keep an eye on your daughters usage through the online account or by asking your daughter to make sure she stays within the allowance and to check her own usage from the My Vodafone Application or by calling 44555 where she will receive a text back with her remaining allowance.
