Change from BT

Why isn't my landline phone working 3 days after changeover from BT on 26-01-2017 . Still only BT broadband available,  no Vodaphone and no communication from Vodaphone Team as promised on Saturday 27th January.

Disappointed to say least .....

Apprecaite how frustrating this must be. 

You might have to not include the weekend in your timeline as Porting does not normally happen then.

That said the switch should be seamless. 

I would suggest ringing the dedicated Broadband Team for clarification. 

08080 034 511 for Home Broadband (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week.

Thank you BandofBrothers for the response and I have last evening had a chat on the chatline with Rauki and have been informed all will be resolved in two days time ...So fingers crossed, :Thumbs_Up:

Down side is that I stilll dont have any landline phone and mobile coverage in my area is dodgy to say least. :Sad_face:
