Changed from 30 day to 12 month - can I go back?

Hi. I just changed my plan today from a 30 day plan to a 12 month contract and I'm having some doubts due to the lack of flexibility in a long contract. 

Is it possible to change my mind, end the 12 mth contract and go back to the same deal I had on the 30 day contract?

Within 30 days you can revert back to your old contract.

Call 191 and ask for Returns. They will be able to move you back to your old contract.

Vodafone do give a 30 day Network Satisfaction Guarantee to be able to either move back to Pre Upgrade Status or cancel a New contract.

Customer Services will then advise if they can get you back on your previous tariff. 

My suggestion once you’ve authorised for your upgrade to be reversed and Vodafone confirm as them to email and or text you confirmation for peace of mind and then before the 30 days is up check again it’s changed via your myVodafone and or by contacting them once more.
