Changed phones but want to keep the same number

Dear Sir/Madam

Ive changed phones from a windows phone to an iphone 5, and I would like to keep the same number, and still stay with Vodaphon. Ive ordered your free sim and it ghas just arrived in the post. My pervious sim was a micro sim and the one i ordered is a nano sim for the iphone 5.   My pay as you go number is [Removed in line with House Rules]. Am i able to keep the same number?

Hi, first thing you need to do is remove your number from your post, you could get spammed and its against the house rules to post it.

 

Yes you can keep the number, livechat are good at arranging sim swaps so give them a try first.
