Hi, seems for the second time in 3 years my SSv2 has decided to stop talikng to my phone due to a SIM change. Last time changing the postcode the SS is registred at for 24 hrs. then changing it back again did the trick, but not this time. The relevant Vodafone 'help' page states:-

>>>>>>>>>>>

Has Your SIM recently been replaced?

>8 >8 >8

If you still experience issues after this time, you'll need to remove the affected number from your Sure Signal and then add it back on via My Account

If the affected number is the owner of the Sure Signal, you'll need to temporarily transfer the ownership to another number and then remove and re-add the affected number. This can be done by clicking ‘Change Owner’ on the Sure Signal Dashboard.

1 - Where is the 'Sure Signal Dashboard' - I can find no such web page, is this in fact the page located at Manage Services > Sure Signal? - elsewhere called 'Sure Signal Overview'?

2 - If this is indeed so, I cannot see a 'change owner' option - nearest I can find is a 'De-register' option - is this the one I should use? My phone number is the one the SS is allocated to, BTW.

That's odd, because if you're able to deregister the Sure Signal that shows you're the administrator.

Please dergister the Vodafone Sure Signal, and re-register.

This will now pick up your new SIM and return the services.
