Charges for in-plan calls

Hi,

I have found that I am being charged for any calls to numbers stored in my phone with the +44 prefix at a rate of 55p/minute. I was in the UK when making all of these calls. My plan covers 30GB Data, Unlimited Minutes/Texts + 4GB Roaming, so I certainly shouldn't be charged for any of this.

Should point out at this stage that I haven't had my final bill (this is on the current charges section), but I have never had this previously appear - has anyone else had this problem?

There was a similar post about this recently, the advice given to the guy was to wait for the bill to be produced so Vodafone could see if the charges made it to the bill. It could be a glitch with the unbilled usage at this point.

When is your bill due? I'd keep an eye out for it and give the billing team a call if there's any issues. There's a two week period between the bill being produced and money being taken so sure if there is a problem, it can be sorted out in plenty of time.

I will add, my unbilled usage looks strange from time to time but always seems to sort itself out by the time the bill is produced. It just means I'm very aware of when bills are printed so I can check them.

That was probably my post 🙂 . There was a problem with some bills produced in June not resetting the allowances which they eventually fixed.

Now speaking to them about the missing credit for £19 to cover these calls - no record on their system that it was supposed to be added, so he' doing it (again).
