Charging Battery HTC One mini

Hi, Dropped my phone in at vodaphone westfield derby on sunday 10th august as i couldnt charge my phone. They subsequently sent it off and got a message on monday that they would very shortly be updating me to let me know when my phone would be ready. It has now been 3 days and according to vodaphone repair update tracker the phone has not even started to be repaired yet.I was told in the shop it should take no longer than 3 to 4 days to be repaired and i am going away on this saturday coming so desperately need my phone back. What should i do next ????

Hi GuyFrith,

Repairs can take up to 14 days to be fully completed and returned to the store. I'm sorry you've been advised otherwise.

You'll need to keep an eye on the repair tracker as we can't speed up the process I'm afraid.

I'd recommend speaking with the store as they may have a loan phone you can use in the interim period.
